What is ManageEngine User Academy?

ManageEngine User Academy is your centralized learning portal, offering on-demand self-paced courses, instructor-led training, and guided certification paths to help you master all ManageEngine IAM and SIEM products.

How do I register for User Academy?

Simply click Sign Up at the top-right of the User Academy site, enter your email, then click the verification link we send you. Once your account is activated, you can immediately browse and enroll in any course.

Are there subscription plans or is it free?

All ManageEngine User Academy courses—including product courses, certifications, Active Directory tools—are completely free. No payment or subscription required.

Do courses have an expiration date?

No—once you enroll in a course, you’ll retain access for it. You can log in and review the content whenever you need, with no time limit on completion.

How do I see which courses I’ve enrolled in or completed?

After logging in, click Access My Space in the top menu. On the left, select the My Courses tab. Your dashboard will display all your courses—and show your completion percentage for each one in a single dashboard.
